Please read carefully before booking
By booking in with me you are agreeing to these policies below, which I reserve the right to amend at any time

I DO NOT remove or infill work that has not been applied by myself, due to health and safety risks.
I do not know what products have been used or whether or not they have been cured correctly on your nails. During the removal process this may release harsh chemicals into the air and even the dust particles during filing. Each product is different so they will require different ways of removing, making the removal time vary too.
If you do come with product on your nails (including regular nail polish) you will be turned away and you will still be charged the full amount due to that time being booked out.

Each treatment has an allocated time frame so please make sure you are booking in correctly and get in touch if you are unsure what to book such as nail art tiers.
Whatever treatment you have booked in for or If you decide to reduce your treatment on the day (such as simpler nail art or a plain set) you will again be charged the full amount for the treatment and time booked out.

Please come alone to your appointment, if there are too many distractions I struggle to concentrate so I may not be able to work to the best of my ability. This is how I work best at my home salon so I hope you can appreciate this. However I do understand in certain circumstances you might need to bring someone, but please let me know before hand.

Cancellation/ No-shows
All deposits are non-refundable
CANCELLATIONS require at least 48 hours notice, any less or No-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the treatment booked. I hate to have to do this however it is allocated booking time that I will not be able to fill due to it being last minute.
I understand things come up so if you need to rearrange your appointment please do this at least 48 hours before your appointment
You will not be able to book in with me again until the fee has been paid

Lateness
Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment, if you are late I may not have enough time to complete the treatment you have booked (such as nail art) and you will still be charged the full amount due to time taken out.
If you arrive early to your appointment please wait and message me beforehand as I could still be with a client or only having my break so please be considerate to this.
If you are more than 15 minutes late it will be classed as a no show so your appointment may NOT go ahead and you will be charged full price.
I do understand that things do prop up so please let me know as soon as possible if you are running a few mins late as I may still be able to fit you in but it might have t be a reduced treatment. If this is the case and I am unable to do the full treatment booked, such as specific nail art, you will still be charged the full amount due to the time booked out.

Nail Repairs
Repairs will be free if reported within 48 hours.
Please inform me as soon as possible if you have any issues with your nails so we can arrange the best time to fix it.
Anything after 48 hours will be charged the nail repair price (on my treatment page) any issues from that time are out of my control.
The prices are for 1 nail fix and I only allow a maximum of 3 nail fixes - any more will require a new set.
Please bare in mind that I might not always be able to fit you in, so please follow the correct aftercare and be careful with your nails in-between appointments.

This is my only means of income, it is my business that I have to protect, so I hope you can appreciate and understand this.
