Please read carefully before booking
By booking in with me you are agreeing to these policies below, which I reserve the right to amend at any time

I DO NOT remove or infill work that has not been applied by myself, due to health and safety risks.
I do not know what products have been used or whether or not they have been cured correctly on your nails. During the removal process this may release harsh chemicals into the air and even the dust particles during filing. Each product is different so they will require different ways of removing, making the removal time vary too.
If you do come with product on your nails (including regular nail polish) you will be turned away and you will still be charged the full amount due to that time being booked out.

Booking Fee
A £15 non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment (deducted from your overall treatment price).
New clients: invoiced upon booking, payable within 48 hours.
Transfers within the same month are allowed if the slot can be refilled. Rescheduling within 7 days or to a later month requires a new booking fee.
This protects my business and income, as slots cannot always be filled and it is wasted space someone else might have needed.

Cancellation/ No-shows:​​
CANCELLATIONS require at least 2 days notice, any less or No-shows will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the treatment booked.
This is allocated booking time that someone else could have had and I will not be able to fill it due to it being last minute.
If you do need to reschedule give as much notice as you can, you may transfer within the same month are allowed if the slot can be refilled.
Rescheduling within 7 days or to a later month will require a new booking fee.​

Lateness & Arriving On Time:​
Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment, if you are late I may not have enough time to complete the treatment you have booked (such as nail art) and you will still be charged the full amount of the original booking.
If you are more than 15 minutes late it will be classed as a no show so your appointment may NOT go ahead and you will be charged full price.
Partial treatments may be offered if possible for minor delays, but you will still be charged the full amount due to the time booked out.​
If you arrive early to your appointment please wait and message me beforehand as you may need to wait if I am not ready.
I could still be with a client or only having my break so please be considerate to this. ​
I do understand that things do prop up so please let me know as soon as possible if you are running a few mins late as I may still be able to fit you in but it might have t be a reduced treatment.

Treatment Adjustments:​
Each treatment is booked with an allocated time frame, please make sure you are booking in correctly. Feel free to get in touch if you are unsure what to book such as nail art tiers.
If you decide to reduce your treatment on the day (e.g. choosing simpler nail art or a plain set), you will still be charged the full amount for that treatment and time booked out.

Nail Repairs: ​
Repairs reported within 24 hours are free
Please inform me as soon as possible if you have any issues with your nails so we can arrange the best time to fix it.
Anything after 24 hours will be charged the nail repair price (on my treatment page) any issues from that time are out of my control.
The prices are for 1 nail fix and I only allow a maximum of 4 nail fixes - any more will require a new set.

Please make sure you follow the aftercare advice and look after your nails, as once I have done your treatment it is then up to you to maintain them.
Damage caused by neglect is not my responsibility, and I might not always be able to fit you in.​​

Other:​
Please come alone to your appointment, if there are too many distractions I struggle to concentrate so I may not be able to work to the best of my ability. This is how I work best at my home salon so I hope you can appreciate this. However I do understand in certain circumstances you might need to bring someone, but please let me know before hand.
